Qualche video da youtube per assaporare il sound retrò/innovativo di una delle band che hanno riportato il progressive in paradiso

Miracolo Progressivo.
Possiamo senz'altro affermare che i Marillion sono stati la più importante neo-progressive rock band.
Il sound e la voce di Fish , riportano tutti noi indietro a riassaporare melodie romantiche gia'
ascoltate con Genesis , Yes e Pink Floyd.
Il Primo album , "Script For A Jester's Tear" del (1983), è un autentico capolavoro seguito a ruota dai successivi: "Fugazi" (1984), "Real To Real" (1984 - EP), "Misplaced Chilodhood" (1985), "Brief Encounter" (1986 - EP), "Clutching at Straws" (1987), "Live at Loreley" (1987), "B'Sides Themselves" (1988 - single B sides), "The Thieving Magpie" (La Gazza Ladra - 1988 ,Live).
"Seasons End" (1989) con il nuovo vocalist Steve Horgarth (ottimo album con interessanti spunti progressivi), e l'ultimo album di un periodo veramente magico. Sono di questo periodo alcuni Bootleg dei post che seguono.

Voglio dedicare lo spazio che segue al Krautrock,quello vero,d'annata. Non basta infatti essere Teutonici e settantini per essere di diritto catalogati in un genere che soltanto dei visionari Guru e Maghi del suono possono vantare. Gruppi come Eloy,Novalis,Jane etc....nulla ,infatti, hanno a che vedere con quella musica che la psiche post bellica aveva generato con risultati sorprendenti.Come disse Julian Cope: Il Krautrock è una delle più straordinarie,evocative,eroiche immagini dell'uomo, al culmine della propria Magica Potenza Creativa. Buon ascolto.
