Anche se con un po di ritardo rispetto agli inglesi ed al resto d'Europa, anche gli USA hanno prodotto del progressive rock di qualità, un pò influenzato dai cugini inglesi; Yes e Gentle Giant su tutti, ed un po, prodotto esclusivamente negli States, vedi lo sviluppo in chiave progressive di alcuni gruppi AOR. (Kansas, Styx, Etc...). In questo 2° CD ascolteremo gruppi come: The Lift, Cry 3, Jack Intveid, Atlantis Philharmonic, Fireballet, Styx, Iron Butterfly, Sailor, Ananta; Alshia e i più famosi Pavlov's Dog.
